DANI HEMEON
U16/19 Coach
Coach Dani Hemeon was born and raised in Gilroy, California where she played field hockey for Infinity Field Hockey and Gilroy High School. Coach Dani is a teacher at Christopher High School, where she also coaches the Varsity field hockey team.
In 2011, Dani received a scholarship to play field hockey for the Division 1 University of Iowa Hawkeyes, where she played in 77 career games (starting 61 games) from 2011-2014. During her time at Iowa, Dani was a National All-American, a two-time Regional All-American, and a two-time All-Big Ten selection. Dani was also a member of the USA U21 Junior National Squad from 2012-2014 and was selected to the USA Women's National Development Team following her collegiate career in both 2017 and 2018.
We are very fortunate to have such a talented player within our coaching staff. However, the biggest attribute Dani brings to the Infinity Field Hockey program is her love and passion for the game of field hockey.
